thefoodogatemyhomework:

Stunning latitudinal view from one sitting room (perhaps the dining room), through the foyer, on into a beautiful living room, and finally out to a gracious patio area in a home in Rye, New York by Mark P. Finlay, Architect. Simply superb millwork and mouldings - just look at the intricacies of the threshold frames and cornices, the attached fluted columns in the foyer and all the detailing around the demilune transom and the sidelights - just gorgeous.

Lovely Freebies :)

Lately i’ve been crazy about beauty and make-up, i even think i should try working at a company running in a cosmetic industry and  now i’m going to share some of these lovely beauty freebies…

1. Pink Make-up Pouch and strawberry lipbalm from Non-No Magazine

Japanese Magazines loooove to give their readers freebies, this trend becomes more and more popular in the recent years. Yesterday i bought an older edition of Non-no ( january edition- 70% Discount from Kinokuniya) and Non-no gives a lovely pink makeup pouch and a strawberry lipbalm that tastes so delicious! I also love the makeup pouch because i need an extra pouch to contain my makeup items *lol

2. Washing Cream, Milk Lotion, Cleansing Cream and Toner from Menard’s counter at Sogo, Pondok Indah Mall 2

As a Japanese brand, maybe Menard isn’t as popular as Shu Uemura, Kanebo, Shiseido or Kose or at least it is not so familiar to me although i’ve heard about them as a sponsor for a J-dorama. Apparently, Menard is popular among older generations, perhaps our mothers or even grandmothers and it’s famous for its excellent quality of luxurious products. After trying the washing and cleansing cream also the toner,my skin feels so smooth and dewy. I felt in love instantly with the products! Sadly, the price tags for these products aren’t very affordable for my pocket, as it may costs me around IDR 330.000-IDR 700.000 ( $ 35- $75) per bottle T_T
